| Résumé : | This book describes the methods and concepts the author have been using for a couple of years to assess and improve the cross-cultural skills of his collaborators in management and negotiation. Training people being transmitting experience from the elder toward the younger, many situations and examples met in his professionnal life are listed hereafter to illustrate these concepts. Finally, he proposes an assessment grid that offers to help to analyze the cultural behavior of individuals at the end of this book. |
